ORDER

          This Commission appreciate the efforts made by Counsel  for both the parties in getting this complaint settled.

                   It is agreed that the Opposite Parties i.e. M/s Puma Realtors Private Limited shall make payment of amount deposited by the complainant with them alongwith interest @7.5% from the respective dates of making the deposit. The amount so paid shall also cover compensation and litigation expenses. The interest will continue to accrue till the date of payment. The first installment will be paid on 27.08.2016 and second on 27.09.2016. The post-dated cheques for the said amount will be handed over to the Counsel  for the complainant within 15 days from today. It is further agreed that no deduction will be made towards TDS.

                   If the amount is not so paid, as agreed, to the complainant then liberty shall remain with the complainant to file a fresh complaint.

                   The complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement between the parties.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
