ORDER

At the time of arguments, Counsel for the Opposite Party raised an objection that the total value of the relief claimed by the complainants is more than Rs.1 crore, as such, this Commission has no pecuniary jurisdiction to try and entertain this complaint.

                   Faced with the situation, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one by giving better particulars. To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.

                   Liberty granted.

                   In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
