Cost of Rs.2,000/- i.e. Rs.1,000-/- each in CC No.64 of 2017  & 65 of 2017, have been deposited by Counsel for the complainants in Consumer Legal Aid Account vide receipt dated 13.07.2017, placed on record.

                   After arguing for some time, on account of some technical objection raised by the Opposite Parties, Counsel for the complainants states that he be permitted to withdraw the complaint, at this stage, with liberty to file a-fresh one after giving better particulars.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
