At the time of arguments, Counsel for the complainants, on getting instructions from complainant No.2 and his father Sh. N. S. Sandhu, states that the matter stands settled between the parties. 

                 In view of above, complainant No.2, who is present in Court, wishes to withdraw this complaint.

                 Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                 Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
