Counsel for the complainant states that the complainant has instructed him to say that the matter stands settled between the parties and on account of that, he wishes to withdraw this complaint. To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.

                   In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
