ORDER

It is stated by counsel for both the parties that the dispute, between the parties, stands settled.

                   In view of above, Sh. Deepak Aggarwal, Advocate, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   It is made clear that if settlement is not honoured, no fresh complaint will be entertained and the complainants may seek remedy before the Civil Court. 

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
