ORDER

                    Sh. Munish Bhardwaj, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “Due to technical defect, I do not press this complaint at this stage. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant reserves his right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect before the appropriate Forum/ Commission”.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
