Present:-    None for the complainant.

                   Again, notice could not be issued to opposite parties for want of correct address. Perusal of the record reveals that it was way back on 18^th January, 2019 that a report was received regarding the opposite parties having left the address which was disclosed by the complainant in the head- note of the complaint. Since then despite availing 09^th consecutive occasions correct address of opposite parties has not been furnished by learned counsel for the complainant for the reasons best known to him. It apparently shows that perhaps complainant is no longer interested to continue with the present complaint, as nothing tangible has been done by the complainant in this regard. Today, case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant what to talk about furnishing the correct address. It is already 2.00 P.M. Waited sufficiently. No further wait is justified. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue with the present complaint.  As such, the present complaint is hereby stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
