Final Order / Judgement

C.C. No.437 of 2018

Present:      None for the complainant.

As per the report of registry, notice issued to opposite parties No. 1 & 2 could not be issued for want of correct address.

Again, none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. As is evident from the record that it is the fifth consecutive occasion that correct address of opposite parties has not been supplied by the complainant, what to talk of doing the needful even neither the complainant in person nor his authorized counsel has appeared before this Commission for at least assuring to supply of the correct address of opposite parties. Further perusal of the record reveals that there are consistent reports which say that the opposite parties have left that place which has also been disclosed by the complainant. Even, this complaint was filed way back in the year 2018 and today at the end of 2023 we are still at the service stage because of the non-cooperation on the part of the complainant. In such a scenario, this Commission is of the affirmed view that no useful purpose will be served by adjourning this complaint again and again for this vary purpose and especially when nobody is representing the complainant any longer. Case called several times since morning. It is already 1:30 P.M. Waited sufficiently. No further wait is justified. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue with the present complaint.  As such, the present complaint is hereby stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
