ORDER

 

 

  1. On the previous date, when none appeared for the complainants, notice was issued to the complainants as well as to their counsel Shri D.K. Jangra.
  2. A letter has been received from complainants, namely, Asha Mittal and Rajneesh Kumar Mittal wherein it has been stated that the complainants are not  interested in further proceeding with the complaint and hence, the complaint be disposed of.
  3. From the record, it is made out that from last 9-10 hearings, none has been appearing on behalf of the complainants.
  4. It appears that the complainants do not want to proceed further with the matter on account of some settlement and under these circumstances, prayer made by the complainants can be entertained.
  5. In view of the request submitted by the complainants, the complaint is hereby disposed of.
  6. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
  7. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the law. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
