                   Today, case is fixed for service of OP. At this stage, Sh.Kunal Vohra, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that the matter has been compromised, as the complainant has received the RC of the vehicle in question, as such, he withdraws the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as compromised.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as compromised. File be consigned to record room.
