Complainant is absent without any steps. No S/R in respect of op no. 1. On repeated calls none appears for the complainant and complainant is found absent. It is now 12:40 p.m. Record reveals that on 26.11.2019, on 27.1.2020 complainant was found absent without steps. Even today complainant is also found absent.

Considering the whole episode and attending facts and circumstances of the case this Forum is of the view that complainant has lost his interest to proceed with the case.

So, there is no need to proceed further and thus, the instant case is dismissed for default.
