            Complainant present.  Case is Suo Moto advanced from 08.12.14 today for reporting settlement.  Matter discussed between the parties and settled for Rs.15,125/-.  The cheque directly handed over to the Complainant. Complainant satisfied with that amount.   Hence complaint closed as withdrawn.  Since the matter settled warrant issued against Mr.Haridasan recalled and case dismissed as withdrawn.
