ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is partly allowed is under: Opposite party NO.1 and 2 are jointly and severally liable to refund Rs.600/- received towards service charges with cost of Rs.1,000/-. The amount shall be paid within two months, if opposite party fails to pay Rs.600/- within two months, it shall carry interest at the rate of 18% p.a. till the payment. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under cerrificate of posting.
