As the MA being no-147/2018 is allowed, filed by the OP-1 challenging the maintainability of the complaint, in view of the said order the complaint is dismissed.

Hence it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint being no-477/2017 is hereby dismissed being not maintainable. Considering the facts and circumstances of the complaint there is no order as to cost.

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
