                    Sh. Aftab  Singh Khara, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of Judgment Debtors No.1 & 2 by putting on record his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record.

                    Sh. Vishal Sodhi, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of Judgment Debtor No.3 by putting on record his memorandum of appearance, which is taken on record. He is directed to file his Vakalatnama on the next date of hearing.

                 Sh. P. B. S. Goraya, Advocate, Counsel for the Decree Holders/complainants states that he will supply copy of PAN Card to Judgment Debtor No.3 – Chandigarh Housing Board, within ten days from today, for issuance of TDS Certificate. Upon his doing so, let the said Certificate be issued by Judgment Debtor No.3 to the Decree Holders within seven working days thereafter.

                 Sh. Aftab Singh Khara, Advocate, Counsel  for Judgment Debtors No.1 & 2 has handed over one demand draft bearing No.003872 dated 12.05.2016 in the sum of Rs.11,00,000/- to the Counsel  for the Decree Holders/complainants, towards part satisfaction of the decree against Judgment Debtors No.1 & 2. It is stated that rest of the amount claimed shall be paid through post-dated cheques encashable between 01.07.2016 to 15.07.2016.

                 The proposal made is accepted by Counsel  for the Decree Holders/complainants.

                 It is undertaken by the Counsel  for Judgment Debtors No.1 & 2 that the post-dated cheques will be handed over to the Counsel  for the Decree Holders/complainants within ten days from today.

                 In view of above, this Execution Application stands disposed of. If any dispute still remains qua payment, liberty shall remain with the Decree Holders/complainants to file a fresh Execution Application.

                 Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
