After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this compliant with liberty to file the same before the appropriate Commission.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Counsel for the complainant will supply one complete copy of the complaint within 7 days from today for record of this Commission. Upon his doing so, all the three paper-books shall be returned to him.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
