HARNAM SINGH THAKUR, JUDICIAL MEMBER:-

                    File is taken up today on the miscellaneous application No.274 of 2019 filed by learned counsel for the complainant for permission to withdraw the present complaint, which is fixed for 06.12.2019.

 2.               Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the complainant did not want to pursue with the present complaint.

3.                Heard. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant as well as the fact that defence of opposite parties already stands struck off vide order dated 04.04.2019, the permission to withdraw is granted. Consequently, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn, in pursuance of the respective statement made by learned counsel for the complainant. File be consigned to the records.
