                  Counsel for the OP has filed vakalatnama.

                   It is stated that the matter has been settled before Mediation Centre, Government of Delhi, New Delhi. The settlement agreement is also received from Mediation Centre which is jointly signed by both the parties as well as Mediator Sh. P.D. Gupta. In terms of settlement, Counsel for the OP has handed over four post dated cheques of Rs.4,75,000/-, Rs. 4,50,000/-, Rs. 3,83,825/- and Rs. 3,83,825 to the complainant who is present in the court.

                 As agreed between the parties in Mediation, complainant was suppose to return all the documents in original regarding the payment made to the respondent before this Commission. The complainant has brought the original documents. The same are kept in a sealed cover in the present of counsel for parties. Let the original documents be returned to the respondent after the cheques given to complainant are encashed.

                 Since the matter has been amicably settled, complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement dated 01.10.2014 arrived at between the parties in the Mediation Centre.

                 The parties shall bound by their respective statement made before the Mediation.

                

                On the encashment of aforesaid, the respondent shall be at liberty to take original documents by moving an appropriate application before the Commission.
