          Counsel for the OP submits that there is no need to file written version as the matter has been amicably settled. Counsel for the OP states that in terms of settlement, OP has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.5,72,198/- alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of deposit till payment.

          The Counsel for the complainant submits that under the instructions from the complainant, he has no objection if the complaint be disposed of as per the above statement given by the Counsel for the OP. He further states that he has the instructions from the complainant to accept the aforesaid amount in full and final settlement of the present complaint.

          In terms of settlement, the OP has given six demand drafts of the total value of Rs.7,54,330/- favouring the complainant to the Counsel appearing for the complainant. It is stated whatever is the shortfall shall be given within two weeks to the complainant directly by way of demand draft.

          In view of the settlement as stated above between the parties, the present complaint stands disposed of

          Parties shall remain bound by their respective statements.

          File be consigned to record room.
