          Shri J.S. Thakur, Attorney of Decree Holders has made statement (Annexure-4) that he has received two demand drafts (Photocopy Annexure-1) amounting to Rs.5,00,000/- each and five post dated cheques (Photocopies Annexure-2 and 3) amounting to Rs.10,00,000/-, Rs.10,00,000/-, Rs.9,28,974/-, Rs.71,026/- and Rs.2,03,959/- respectively from Parsvnath Developers Limited-Judgment Debtors towards the amount awarded alongwith interest, compensation and litigation expenses vide order dated February 27^th, 2017 passed by this Commission. The execution application be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty to file fresh execution application in case of default.

2.      In view of above, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.
