ORDER

                    The ld.Counsel for the complainant himself, along with authorized agent/Ms.Neeru Sharma, wife of complainant, has appended a note on the complaint with regard to withdrawal of the complaint on technical ground with liberty to file fresh complaint.  In this view of the matter, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before an appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.  

                   The Office is directed to return the original documents of the complainant, if any, attached with the complaint, against receipt and after retaining a photocopy thereof. 

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
