O R D E R

 

           Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that due to technical defects involved in the present complainant he does not want to countinue with the present complaint and thus, the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn and necessary permission to file the case before the proper court may kindly be accorded. The time spent during the pendency of the present complaint may also kindly be condoned. Original documents be also returned.

          Heard.

          Keeping in view the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complainant stands dismissed as withdrawn and necessary permission is granted to the complainant to file the case before the proper court. Original documents be returned to the complainant after keeping photo copies of the same of the case of file.

          However, the complainant would be entitled to the benefits of section 14(2) of the limitation Act for the period during which proceedings remain pending before this Forum.

File be consigned to the record-room.
