This case is taken up before the Lok Adalath.  On the last date of hearing i.e., on 28.11.2022 both parties have filed their respective settlement memos.  The complainant in the memo has stated that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and the opposite parties have hand over the sale deed executed by the opposite parties with respect to the flat bearing No.F2 situated at First floor of the  Paramount Grandeur, 3^rd main, V.V. Puram, Devaraja Mohalla, Mysuru, hence prays to dismiss the complaint.  The opposite parties in their memo have also stated that the matter has been settled and executed sale deed conveying flat No.F-2.

     In view of both parties arrived at settlement the complaint of the complainant is dismissed as settled/not pressed.
