                                     Amrik Singh      vs.       M/s Papaji

 

Present       None for complainant.

                  Op No.1 ex parte.

 

                  Today the case is fixed for appearance of Op No.2 but the OP No.2 could not be served due to non filling of correct address by complainant.  Even today none appeared on behalf of complainant. The case in hand pertains to the year 2016 and from 1.6.2016 the complainant has not been filing the correct address of OP No.2. It seems that the complainant is not having the correct address of Op No.2. However, the case cannot be adjourned indefinitely for the purpose already fixed. Hence, the complaint of the complainant stands adjourned sine die with the liberty to the complainant to get restored the same as and when he files the correct address of OP No.2 in the Forum. File be consigned to the record-room.
