COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:          Complainant in person.

                        Mr.Ankush Gupta, Advocate for Ops No.1 & 3.

                        OP No.2 already ex-parte.

 

                       

                        File taken up today in Lok Adalat for compromise. Counsel for the Ops has made a separate statement in which the states that the Ops are ready to repair the mobile set of complainant free of costs within 15 days. They would not charge any amount except Rs.1000/- which was already paid by the complainant on 14.08.2015.

Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he accepts the statement given by counsel for the Ops No.1 & 3 in terms of that he withdraws his present complaint.

                        Heard. In view of the statements, it is made clear that matter has been compromised in Lok Adalat. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
