The complainant is present in person . The Op is also represented through its employee Rajeev Das Gupta . The complainant files a petition to withdraw this case case and the copy has been served on the Op . 

                         Heard both the Parties .

                         From the perusal of the withdeawl petition , it appears that the complainant had received a new Sunsui T.V.  from the Opand he does not want to proceed with this case , hence the withdrawal petition . As grievances of the complainant has been redressed hence withdrawal petition is allowed . The complainant is dismissed as withdrawn .
