ORDER

The counsel for second Opposite party has filed a memo, which is also signed by second opposite party undertaking to get R.C. transferred in the name of the complainant within 15 days. The counsel for the complainant who is present submits that in view of the undertaking by second opposite party, the complaint is disposed off accordingly. Hence, the memo is accepted. Second opposite party is directed to get R.C. of the vehicle in question transferred in the name of the complainant within 15 days from the date of this order. With this complaint is disposed off accordingly.
