2.       Pardeep Gupta, Proprietor of M/s Packcubes Flexipacks Industries,   2810/657, Village Kishanpura, Baddi.

COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-      Shri P.S.Bedi, Advocate, counsel for the complainant.

                    

                    The ld. counsel for the complainant on the instructions of the complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reason: hence, he withdraws the same on behalf of the complainant, with liberty to file it afresh.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made the ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
