The Complainant does not take any step and found absent on calls.

Since 22-12-2014 the Complainant did not take any step and did not file any show cause as per previous order.

The case is at the stage of further hearing on admission point and production of purchase receipt.

But none files that receipt.  Accordingly we find that this Complaint Petition is not maintainable and should be rejected.
