ORDER

OP is hereby directed to pay the complainant a sum of Rs.39,104-73 with interest at 18% per annum on the said amount from 14-8-1995 till the date of realisation. The O.P shall pay the said amount to the complainant within 60 days from the date of receipt of this order with costs of Rs.1,000/-. Sd/- M. Shambulingappa, President. Sd/- P.C. Gopal, Member.
