In the result, the complaint is allowed with cost of Rs.2000/-. The Opposite party is directed to pay the complainant a sum of Rs.3,89,949/- with interest at the rate of 8.5 percentage per annum from the date of filing of this complaint 22/10/2013 till date of realization to pay Rs.10,000/- towards the compensation for mental agony and pain. The opposite party is further directed to pay the above amounts to the complainant within  a month from the date of receipt of this order.
