                        Ld. Counsel for the complainant –DH  has made  a  statement  that he has received the cheque no. 080752 dated 29.01.2018 worth Rs. 24,845/- for the respondent and now nothing is due towards the respondents-JD. Thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Heard.

                        Statement  recorded separately.

                        Keeping  in view  the statement  made by  ld.  Counsel  for the complainant-DH,  the present execution  petition  stands dismissed as withdrawn.
