Present:-DH in person.

         Sh. Mannu Malik Adv. for the JD.

         File taken up today on the application filed by DH for seeking permission to withdraw the execution petition. Sh. Mannu Malik, Learned counsel for the JD has also put in appearance. DH-Surender Malik has made a statement that he withdraws the present execution petition being fully satisfied.

         In view of the statement made by the DH the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
