                                                 ORDER

          Sri Anil Kumar Mishra and Sri V. K. S. Bisen, Advocates filed Vakalatnama alongwith which photostat copy of the ‘settlement deed’ arrived at between the parties dated 23-06-2022, duly signed by all the parties and their representative/authorized signatory, has been filed and it is submitted that since the settlement had taken place, there is no need to further proceed in the matter.

          In view of the aforesaid settlement, the instant complaint is disposed of.  

Let copy of this order be made available to the parties as per rules.
