                        Matter was fixed for consideration. Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement on dated 18.3.2021 that settlement has been effected with the opposite parties in the present matter, so, he withdraws the present complaint.  

            In view of the made by statement ld. Counsel for the complainant on dated 18.3.2021, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
