ORDER

          Today taken up today ( 18.1.2019) on the application filed by the complainant Abhishek for withdrawal of the present complaint. He has also made his statement that the matter has been compromised with the respondent and now nothing is due towards the respondent. Thus, he does not want to continue with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.

          Statement recorded separately.

          Heard.

          Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being the matter compromised in between both the parties.
