The complainant has filed this complaint against OP Nos.1 and 2 for the following reliefs claimed:-
Repayment of deposit Rs.2,00,000/-
Interest due as on 30.06.20 Rs. 5,250/-
Incidentals Rs. 1,000/-
Mental Agony and Trauma
undergoing Rs. 10,000/-
Total relief claimed the delayed Rs.2,16,250/-
Plus penal rate of interest for the delayed period @ 18% On admitting the complaint notices were issued to OP Nos.1 and 2. Today the complainant has filed the postal track records in respect of service of the notice being send by this Forum. Today, complainant has filed memo stating that OP No.1 has made payment for Rs.2,02,544 (Principal amount of Rs.2,00,000/- and interest of Rs.2,544/-) on 7th August 2020 and on 28th August 2020 through NEFT for FDR Nos.27010 and 27136 and thus cleared the dues as on the date.
The complainant has also further submitted that his grievance is redressed hence pray for closure of the complaint. The said memo is taken on record.
On going through the contents of the memo, the grievance of the complainant is already redressed by making the payment by the OPs. Accordingly, the complaint is closed.
Office is directed to return the documents if complainants intends to take, on proper identification.
