ORDER

It is stated by Sh.Munish Gupta, Advocate, Counsel for the Opposite Parties that to discharge the entire liability, the Opposite Parties shall pay an amount of Rs.1,75,000/- through a bank draft in the name of the complainants on or before 31.03.2018.

                   The    offer made is acceptable to the Counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of above, this complaint stands disposed of.

                   We make it very clear that in case, the amount is not so  paid, as promised, from the date of default, it will start getting interest @12% p.a. (simple) and the order passed will be treated as an executable decree and it will be open for the complainants to execute it as per law.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
