     In view of the statement made by Sh.Harsh Manocha, Counsel for complainant on 06.01.2023, which shall also form a part of this order, the matter has been settled between the parties. Copy of the settlement deed has already been taken on record as Ex.’X1’. In view of the statement of the counsel for the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of settlement deed Ex.’X1’. The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
