CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 68  OF  2018

ORDER

1.        Two separate affidavits/undertakings of both the complainants dated 19.09.2018 with regard to settlement placed on record today. Heard. Feasibility of compromise assigned to the bench of Lok Adalat.

2.        Taken up in the Lok Adalat. The matter has amicably been settled between the parties. Statement of complainant No.1, who is authorized representative of complainant No.2, and that of Deputy Manager Legal of OP No.1 alongwith counsel for OP No.1 recorded and placed on file alongwith photocopies of both cheque of Rs.1,24,760/- each handed over to complainant No.1 by OP No.1 today. In view of the statement, the present consumer complaint stands disposed off being settled subject to realization of cheques. Statement of the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and parties shall be bound by their statement. Both the complainants shall also be bound by their affidavits/undertakings dated 19.09.2018. It is made clear that in case any of the cheque gets bounced, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing an execution application.  

3.        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
