Towards full and final settlement of all the claims raised by the decree holders/complainants, Sh.Ashim Aggarwal, Advocate, Counsel for the judgment debtors has handed over two cheques bearing Nos.870787 & 870788, both dated 07.10.2017, in the sum of Rs.5139/- each to Sh.Sukhdev Kumar, decree holder No.1, who is present in Court, against proper receipt. Photocopies of the aforesaid cheques are retained on file. It is further promised that demand draft/banker’s cheque or through RTGS, an amount of Rs.40,000/- will be paid by the judgment debtors to the decree holders within next two weeks.

                   In view of above, this execution application has become infructuous having been fully satisfied. However, it is made clear that if amount of Rs.40,000/- is not paid to the decree holders, the decree holders will be entitled to claim an amount of Rs.1 lac.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
