ORDER

 At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled. Sh.Ashim Aggarwal, Advocate, Counsel for the Opposite Parties, on getting instructions, states that starting from 11.09.2014 upto 18.09.2015, the Opposite Parties will pay interest to the complainants @ 9.5% p.a. (simple) on the amount deposited till 11.04.2014.

                   We are happy that the matter has been settled.

                   The amount assessed shall be paid within 6 weeks from today through demand draft. If any, document needs to be signed and/or any payment needs to be made towards stamp duty & registration charges etc., the complainant shall sign the documents and pay the same within 6 weeks and also agreement deemed to have been signed on 12.04.2012.

                   In view of above, this complaint stands disposed of.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
