ORDER

          At the time of arguments, it is stated by Sh. Ashim Aggarwal, Advocate, Counsel for the Opposite Parties, on getting instructions from the Company Executive, that towards settlement of all claims of the complainants, the Opposite Parties shall pay an amount of Rs.2,30,000/- through demand draft on or before 28.05.2017. On receipt of the said amount, the complainants will pay towards stamp duty & registration charges etc. demanded vide letter dated 29.12.2016, within 15 days and the Opposite Parties will get the sale deed executed within 15 days thereafter.

                   Counsel for the complainants, on getting instructions telephonically, states that the offer made is acceptable.

                   Accordingly, the complaint stands disposed of in terms of above settlement.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
