ORDER

At the time of arguments, when confronted with a technical objection that the unit, in question, was allotted to two persons, however, the complaint has been filed only by one person, Counsel for the complainant, prayed that permission be given to him, to withdraw the same (complaint), with liberty to file it afresh, after rectifying the defects therein, which was not opposed by the Counsel opposite.  

                   Liberty granted.

                   In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
