At the time of arguments, it is stated by Counsel for the complainant that due to technical flaw in the complaint file, let the complaint be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file it again, after giving better particulars.

                   To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.

                   Liberty granted.

                   In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Time consumed during prosecuting this complaint will not be taken into consideration when calculating delay period at the time of filing fresh complaint.
