ORDER

Sh. Sanjeev Sharma, Advocate, Counsel for the opposite parties states that the matter stands settled and settlement deed has been signed by the complainant. The authorized representative of the Company will sign it and in terms of settlement deed, the liability will be adjusted. It is also so said by the proxy Counsel for the complainant.

                In view of above, this complaint stands disposed of. We make it very clear that in case, settlement deed is not finalized, liberty shall remain with the complainant to get this complaint revived by moving an application.

                Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge.
