ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Paras Money Goyal, Counsel for Complainant has stated that since the OP No.1 has promised to hand over the possession of flat in question to the complainant, at this stage, he withdraws the present consumer complaint without prejudice to the right of the complainant to claim the delayed compensation. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
