ORDER

Sh. Mandeep Singh Khillan, Advocate, Counsel for the Opposite Party, on getting instructions from Sh. Deepanjit Singh, Deputy Manager (Legal), states that the Opposite Party shall refund the deposited amount of Rs.21,45,000/- alongwith simple interest @8% p.a. from the respective dates of deposit, on the principal of diminishing balance, in three equated installments payable on 31.12.2017, 28.02.2018 & 30.04.2018 respectively.

                   Counsel for the complainant accepts the offer made by Sh. Mandeep Singh Khillan, Advocate, Counsel for the Opposite Party.

                   Counsel for the Opposite Party states that post-dated cheques for the amount(s), in the aforesaid manner, shall be handed over to the complainant/his Counsel within ten days from today.

                   In view of above settlement, this complaint stands disposed of.

                   It is made clear that in case, the commitment made is not honoured by the Opposite Party, the complainant shall be at liberty to file execution application, to get the decree satisfied.  

                   Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge.
