ORDER

Counsel for the parties state that the matter has amicably been settled. Sh. Pankaj Khullar, Advocate, proxy for Sh.Ashim Aggarwal, Advocate, Counsel for the Opposite Parties on getting instructions from Sh.Deepanjit Singh, Deputy Manager (Legal)  of the Company states that the Opposite Parties shall compensate the complainant for an amount of Rs.1,60,000/-, for which, demand draft shall be sent within three weeks from today.

                In view of settlement arrived at between the parties, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one, if the aforesaid settlement is not honoured.

                Ordered accordingly.

                Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
